If you're in a nice decent team with at least one monk you can take down alot of people easily. You can handle 2 warriors at a time with ease if you know what you are doing. You are also a caster's/healer's nightmare even without interupting skills. Your main damage dealers are of course Poison Arrow, Pin Down + Hunter's Shot and Penetrating Shot to do some nice damage while they have heavy DoT on them. Whenever you have people focused on you just turn on Whirling Defense or Lightning Reflexes and take them out.

This reply isnt totaly about your post, i kind of explained everything to let people understand what im trying to accomplish.
Well ive won HOH a few times now, however there is always room for improvement..
i used to barragebot in PvP however players spread out too much and it was just judge's insight + Penetrating Attack
Concussion Shot dazes an opponet for around 21 seconds because my marksmanship is 16 due to my mask + my Superior rune of marksmanship... Dazed is a very rare condition I didnt know about it untill this skill...
a dazed character has his casting times tripled and spells are interrupted by every blow. My goal is to put that on a monk, Oath shot to regenerate my Concussion and lock down 1 monk as my team wrecks that one.
Im also using Oath shot to Regenerate my stances, they have a 60 second cool down time and oath shot brings them all back.
I picked hunter's shot over penetrating attack, only because of the mana... i felt with casting oath shot to get alot of my skills back, that hunter's shot was a better pick because i would be sitting on the low end of my mana for a few seconds, and i feel a few hunter shots are better than a single penetrating attack... I havent number crunched so I could be wrong.
I think frozen soil is a MUST HAVE for any experianced party on ventrillo. The only thing that would even have me think to remove this spell is if my teamate had it.
Read the wind can go, it was kind of my replacement for judge's insight... mainly because judges was picked over this because its a enchantment not a preperation, and barrage took off all preperations.. I thought this may be better with level 16 marksmanship
Throw dirt is a inexpensive skill that is very effective, if your in combat or if your monk\teamate is being hit by a warrior... sneak over throw dirt go back in combat. Wasnt sure if im needing this skill enough, and I could be getting my stances back enough with oath shot... dunno i think whirling defenses > throw dirt... it works vs all my foes and lasts longer
Ive tried Troll Unguent... However all PvP Groups we ever go into, have 3 Monks or E/Mo... i hate how that looks... I hate emo people... anyways with my build of minimal wilderness survival, all the dodgen, and me being not a primary target AT ALL.... who attacks rangers? jeeseeee.... Havent felt it nessicary, used to use it, and dropped it...

I know its not about my post =). I'm just posting a build thats pretty effective for me in PvP and see if you wanted to try it O.o. Like I said, your build is alright, didn't mean to make it sound the opposite. I know you are mainly focused on casters and your build is a pretty good build against them and would make most casters run away in panic but you won't see most Warriors running when they go against you, but the opposite. Anyways, I would change to Mesmer secondary since you would be a lot more effective at killing off monks and casters, but you will probably find mana a problem if you don't have Marksmen's Wager.
And yes, Concussion Shot owns the casters!

in PvP the faster you take down the casters is the faster you win, I kind of started with your build and moved to barragebot... then moved to this.
Your goal is a bit differant than mine, both are usefull and which is needed depends on the team
Im trying to help my team assassinate the monks and elementalists. If i switch to mesmer I would use 1-2 skills and only have +3 or so into a attribute, im not finding that very usefull. If im a monk I can heal res my teamtes when monks are busy, be a more popular target allowing my evades to tank much better, be a little clutch when needed.
Post on better ways i can accomplish my goal

I think im gonna take out Read the Wind for either Whirling Defenses\Penetrating Attack or throw dirt.. probably whirling defenses what you think?
also should i change for a mana stealing bow string?
